2022.01.19 19:18 Walrus_Television Is there any way to get PC VR Blade and sorcery on a laptop?

I've been a huge fan of the game for a while but all I can play is the oculus quest version. I want to add mods but I don't think you can on the oculus version. So does anyone know how to get PC VR? I need help.

2022.01.19 19:18 AssetXero Discussion / Recommendations: Migration to new NAS Hardware

Hello Fellow FreeNASers,
I wanted to pose this to the community to encourage a discussion and solicit recommendations for what it is I am trying to accomplish here.
I have been using FreeNAS / TrueNAS for several years and love the solution; however, the hardware supporting my current NAS is less than idea and I am now seeking to upgrade the hardware to a Dell PowerEdge R730XD. Given that I will be introducing entirely new hardware (save disks that I would like to bring over), I am hoping people here may have some good recommendations on how best to proceed.
Here is the "small wrench" in my plan... The NAS today is hosting a iSCSI volume that is used by vSphere for the storage of virtual machines and other files necessary for that environment. While I am eager to make the migration to the new hardware, I am very aware that his will have an impact on the vSphere environment causing the need to "migrate" the virtual machines hosted here to the new NAS. With this, I am assuming the only (safest) was to accomplish all of this would be to stand up the new NAS along-side the old NAS and slowly (manually) migrate files from one to the other...
Beside 4x 4TB disks in the old NAS that I plan to bring over into the new NAS, the new NAS will also have 2x 16TB (in RaidZ-1) disks in a dedicated pool for a new iSCSI volume for vSphere - this should help to make this part of the migration slightly less annoying...
Following this; however, I am assuming I will have to manually migrate files from the old NAS to the new NAS prior to moving the currently-used 4x 4TB disks - or is there a way I can move these (filesystem / pools / datastores / ... in-tact) from the old system to the new?
Worst-case scenario I do have a new 6TB external HDD that I can use to assist in this migration and, if need be, I can copy everything from the current NAS to this external HDD and then back to the new NAS.
Any thoughts or recommendations are very welcome!
Here is my current environment:

Thanks in Advance,
AX

2022.01.19 19:18 Forlines Chef turned Appliance tech Consultant needs branding advice

I need some branding and business naming advice. I'm Chef Andrew Forlines, with www.CHEFAF.com. I provide cooking technology education and residential appliance selection advice in the Premium RESIDENTIAL kitchen appliance industry. (Think fancy ovens, cooktops, Sous Vide, Steam Ovens, built-in refrigeration, etc.)
I was working for a premium appliance retailer hosting classes and demos until COVID hit. Now I am independent and want to offer online webinars direct to homeowners and kitchen designers to teach them about advanced kitchen tech and how to select what suit's their needs best. (There are a ton of brands and models to choose from and people get overwhelmed and frustrated.)
The question is; Do I keep the name CHEF AF LLC or change it completely to something more evocative of my niche service? CHEF AF for Andrew Forlines, Appliance Fanatic. I could use the suffix CONSULTING instead of LLC.
Other name ideas; Kitchen Tech Advisory Board Dream Kitchen Tech Co. Select Appliance Advisors Kitchen Tech Education Company Home Kitchen Tech Consultants Kitchen Tech Authority
I'm slightly attached to CHEF AF because its my initials and a pun and it took effort to get the domain name for it.
But, I also collaborate with other chefs in the field and a broader name that denotes other experts being involved could be good. Let me know what you think! Thanks a ton.
